Michael Aevermann is the founder and owner of DSI. He is responsible for the overall strategic management and sales development. Before creating DSI, Mike Aevermann was vice president of sales at Cuisine Solutions, targeting the onboard services and food service industry.
Jim Horner, Chief Financial Officer:
Jim Horner has over 25 years of financial management experience. Along with all of the company's financial operations, Jim also leads the customer service efforts.
Frank Soto, Director, Purchasing:
As Director of Purchasing, Frank Soto enjoys working with his Purchasing Team. Together they manage sourcing, new product negotiations, inventory management, and costing. He brings almost 40 years of experience in the food Industry in various functions.
Mariam Nouvel, Director, HR & Administration:
Mariam Nouvel is in charge of Human Resources and Administration for DSI. Her prior experience includes sales & marketing, procurement and import/export.
Kristen Smith, Cutomer Service Manager:
Kristen Smith joined DSI in 2010 with 6 years of Customer Service and Administrative experience.
